Berry, Banana & Chia Smoothie
Serves: 1 | Prep time: 10 mins
Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) skim milk
½ frozen banana
1 small handful each of frozen blueberries, raspberries and raw unsalted almonds
Chia seeds, to serve
Shredded coconut, to serve
Pomegranate seeds, to serve
Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp garlic
1 tap ginger
2 tbsp water
Methods
Blend milk, banana, berries and almonds until smooth.
Add coconut, chia seeds and pomegranate seeds on top to serve and enjoy your berry chia smoothie!
