Berry, Banana & Chia Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 mL) skim milk
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 small handful each of frozen blueberries, raspberries and raw unsalted almonds
  • Chia seeds, to serve
  • Shredded coconut, to serve
  • Pomegranate seeds, to serve
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tap ginger
  • 2 tbsp water
Methods
  1. Blend milk, banana, berries and almonds until smooth.
  2. Add coconut, chia seeds and pomegranate seeds on top to serve and enjoy your berry chia smoothie!
