Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 mango
1/4 cup milk ( your choice of milk)
1/4 cup water (or coconut water)
1 tsp chia seeds
Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp garlic
1 tap ginger
2 tbsp water
Methods
Add all ingredients into blender and blend for a couple of minutes until smooth. Add more water if you would like a more liquid consistency. Enjoy your Mango Smoothie!
