Post Workout Snickers Shake
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup The Complete Dairy high protein milk
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Toppings: crushed peanuts, dark chocolate, cacao nibs
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until you reach desired consistency. (Note: you may need to add more milk to make it a more runny consistency).
- Top with peanuts, coconut and drizzle with melted dark chocolate – and enjoy!
- Try and enjoy this shake within 60 minutes of finishing your workout. This will help you make the most of your workout!
