Post Workout Snickers Shake


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup The Complete Dairy high protein milk
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Toppings: crushed peanuts, dark chocolate, cacao nibs


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until you reach desired consistency. (Note: you may need to add more milk to make it a more runny consistency).
  2. Top with peanuts, coconut and drizzle with melted dark chocolate – and enjoy!


  • Try and enjoy this shake within 60 minutes of finishing your workout. This will help you make the most of your workout!
