Gut Loving Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tap ginger
  • 2 tbsp water
Methods
  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blitz until combined. (Note: you might like to add additional milk or some water if you prefer a thinner consistency).
  2. Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
  • This smoothie is loaded with probiotics (healthy gut bacteria) and prebiotics (foods for gut bacteria).
