The Ultimate Bircher Muesli

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 small green apple, grated (with skin)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt

 

Serving suggestions:

  • Fresh Fruit
  • Nuts
  • Seeds (e.g. chia seeds, pepitas)
  • Muesli
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tap ginger
  • 2 tbsp water
Methods
  1. Combine oats, green apple, frozen berries, cinnamon, milk and yoghurt in a large bowl or container. Mix well to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. When ready to eat, option to top with your choice of serving suggestions.
