Berry, Banana & Chia Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) skim milk
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 small handful each of frozen blueberries, raspberries and raw unsalted almonds
- Chia seeds, to serve
- Shredded coconut, to serve
- Pomegranate seeds, to serve
Method
1. Blend milk, banana, berries and almonds until smooth.
2. Add coconut, chia seeds and pomegranate seeds on top to serve and enjoy your berry chia smoothie!
